Develop Strategies, Solutions and Plans that Resolve Issues

Each project presents its own challenges. We ensure that strategies, plan and solutions address your needs based on stated outcomes and the company culture. We have no vested interest in any one approach or procedure. Business Efficacy wants to help you achieve YOUR intended results. We may recommend staff involvement in program development or simply introduce them to the program after we work with you to develop it. Our strategy may consist of management training alone or coaching specific managers to improve their skills.

 

Implement Plans and Strategies

No plan or strategy is any good if not effectively implemented. This implementation step is critical to the company’s overall success. It must be allow all who must be part of the solution to participate willingly and wholeheartedly. Too often managers and staff feel change is something that will go away in a while so they don’t really take it seriously. It becomes the ‘fad du jour’ to be tolerated until the next great idea comes along.

We take into account the overall culture or attitude toward change and incorporate these issues into our implementation system.

Coordinate Additional Professional Services

Sometimes the strategies require additional professional services such as marketing, advertising, accounting or legal services.

While we do not provide those services, we help you develop an evaluation system to determine which outside professional best fits with your needs and help bring them on-board so they fully appreciate where you are going and how their services best fit with that direction.

Assess Progress Toward Goals

Circumstances change over time and it is always possible that we will need course corrections over time.

Periodic assessments of what is and what is not working will show us if adjustments are needed. Perhaps it means slowing down the timeline to allow everyone to come on board the final stages at the  same time. It may mean speeding up the process because everyone is embracing the change faster than anticipated. There are any number of reasons that course corrections may be needed. This process is included in the overall plan to make sure we reach the ultimate goal:

ACHIEVING YOUR INTENDED RESULTS.

In fact, those intended results may be what needs to change as you discover they may have been either too ambitious or not ambitious enough.
